Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to every state and territory in Australia. Here is how delivery works while our online checkout is being set up.

How ordering works right now

When you tap Buy now on a product, you leave your name, email and mobile. We contact you, usually within one business day, to confirm the products, your delivery address, the delivery cost and payment. Your order is only placed once you have confirmed it with us.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in Australia, including regional and remote areas. We do not ship outside Australia.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your postcode and on product availability. We tell you the expected delivery window before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises.

Any delivery cost is quoted to you before you confirm your order.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we email you the tracking details.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address is complete and correct when you confirm your order. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your name, order details and a photo, and we will sort it out with you.
